The DrySeal shaft seal can be fitted with a replacement seal kit on the propeller shaft, the ExTend Kit, allowing seal replacement to be carried out without uncoupling the shaft.
DrySeal is an economical and simple alternative to braided stuffing boxes, requiring no maintenance (no braid re-tightening) and which protects the propeller shaft from premature wear.
