Parker Racor's Turbine Series marine water separator fuel filter is the most reliable on the market. This three-stage filtration system effectively removes water and particulates from fuel, while providing maximum protection of diesel engine components in applications requiring high reliability.

To meet customer engine requirements, Racor Turbine Series water-separating fuel filters are available in multiple configurations. All models feature Racor Aquabloc® filtration elements. Aquabloc® is a unique media that incorporates spaced pleat corrugations and a graded pore structure to increase dirt-holding capacity and filter life. The water-tight, rust-resistant dirt-trapping media is specially treated to separate and coalesce water from the fuel, causing it to collect in large droplets that then fall back into the collection bowl. Aquabloc® elements are available in three filtration ratings:

30 microns (98% at 30 microns): Particularly suitable as a pre-filter to protect downstream filters from excessive contamination. Extends the life of engine filters.

10 micron (98% at 10 microns): Captures more impurities than 30 microns and is more effective against water penetration. Extends the life of the entire fuel system. Most popular solution in the industry.

4 microns (98% at 4 microns): Optimally removes and filters water, and protects all modern injection systems, while extending the life of engine filters that are tedious to maintain.
