Hella Marine Sea Hawk-R wide angle white deck spotlight made from polymer .
The new Sea Hawk-R’s enclosure is non-metallic, made from injection-molded thermally conductive polymer, a revolutionary material that is highly resistant to even intense UV radiation. This high-tech material dissipates heat away from the electronics, increasing the product’s lifespan. At the same time, the use of thermally conductive plastic eliminates the need for an aluminum enclosure, eliminating the corrosion concerns often encountered in the marine environment.
In terms of performance, the Sea Hawk-R develops 550 lumens for only 7W of power consumption. The use of sophisticated optics provides proximity lighting for the cockpit, deck or work areas, useful for both boaters and maritime professionals.
