The Lynx Smart BMS 1000 is a specific battery management system for Victron Lithium Battery Smart batteries. Many BMS are available for our Lithium Battery Smart battery series, and the Lynx Smart is the most comprehensive and feature-rich option. It is available in two versions: 500 A (with M8 busbar connections)
Its main functions are:
500 A contactor, used as a safety and fallback mechanism, and also available as a remotely controllable main system switch.
Battery monitor showing percentage of charge status and more data.
Pre-alarm signal: gives a warning before the system shuts down due to, for example, a weak cell.
Bluetooth for use with our VictronConnect app, for configuration and monitoring including Instant Readout - key BMS data at a glance.
Local and remote monitoring using a Victron GX device, for example the Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX.
The Lynx Smart BMS is part of the Lynx modular distribution system.
